Resolutions, ugh! Is it an attempt to improve, or are you just setting yourself up to fail???
Regardless, I only have one, and that's to get in better shape... I've lost most of my baby weight, but I need to tighten things back up...I could also stand to lose about 5 more pounds... Ev and I bought an elliptical machine and set it up in the weird room in the back of the house... Its a nice setup.... We have a TV and DVD player there to help us keep amused and keep an eye on the time... So I started yesterday by starting a new run of Friends...
I'm not going to be crazy and say that I'll manage to do this every day... But I'd like to think I could easily manage at least 3 times a week...
We'll see...
I love watching Friends re-runs! Once my work schedule calms down, I should be able to work out a little more (not as part of a NY resolution, I just miss running). Wishing you success with your goals! xoxo
